Select Your Room – MyTui Hotels

TUI BLUE, TUI MAGIC LIFE & ROBINSON now offer the opportunity for customers to select their room after booking, the same way that customers can select their preferred seat on a plane or cabin on a ship.

Imagine your room being just a short distance to the restaurant to enjoy the tasty delights on offer, taking a quick dip in the pool right next to your door in the early evening sun or being just a short walk away from the kids’ clubs? Select your room makes it all possible.

Reserve from 48hrs after booking until 5 days prior to departure with customers receiving immediate confirmation to their email address
No deposit needed – payment taken on arrival

Select your room costs

TUI BLUE – €10-€15 per room/night if pre-booked in advance or requested in resort. (varies per hotel)
TUI MAGIC LIFE – €15 per room/night if pre-booked in advance or requested in resort.
ROBINSON – €15 per room/night if pre-booked in advance or requested in resort.

If the currency in resort is not in Euros, then a conversion will be made to the destination currency.

Secure your customer’s favourite room in 4 easy steps:

Choose the brand you want to select your room on the link below (remember select your room is available 48 hours after booking up to 5 days before arrival)

- ROBINSON
Select the hotel/club booked from the drop down menu and enter the customers booking reference, lead passenger surname, customer email and arrival date
On the interactive map, filter your customers’ requirements. (i.e. high floor, sunset, pool view), choose the room number you want and agree to the T’s & C’s
A confirmation email will be sent direct to the customers email provided with no money due until arrival at the hotel/club

Please note, even though no payment is taken in advance, if a customer wishes to amend their reservation this needs to be done directly with the hotel/club. The same applies to cancellations and charges may still apply. If the customer or TUI has to cancel the holiday for any reason the booking of the selected room will be automatically deleted without further correspondence required.
